3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (may substitute plain yogurt)

2 cups of Stone Bridge Flour Cake & Pastry Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 (12oz) cups of chocolate chips
Cream softened butter and sugar together. Add all other ingredients to combine except chocolate chips. Beat together for a few minutes.
Add 1 cup of the chocolate chips to the batter and fold in. Pour mixture into a greased tub pan. Evenly distribute and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean and top of cake bounces back when touched lightly.
Let cake cool for 10-20 mins and take a spatula to gently pop the cake out of the pan and keep it upright to serve. Cool completely or eat it warm and gooey!
